At the risk of sounding snarky, it the cover looks like it should be titled, 'Nosferatu, wearing a Star Trek costume, plays with his radio controlled Enterprise toy.'
Picard is in an uncharacteristic pose, and the lack of any atmospheric perspective makes the Enterprise appear to be on the foreground plane. Are those effects above the ship part of the atmosphere, or some wacky nebula in the background?
There's also some weirdness in the rock Picard is pushing off of with his left hand- if you look at the features below his arm, it appears that the rock should be well out of his reach, perhaps as much as 10 feet away.
Perhaps that's part of the story- the Enterprise has to descend into the atmosphere to rescue a rogue Picard, trapped in a non-geometric pocket dimension- I guess I'll hold full judgement until I find out.
Sorry, unknown artist- my day job is to criticize, I can't help myself.

Obviously you did not draw the cover...
Right. I should have made that point.

On the other hand, the characters on your page, Don, are clearly recognizable, as are the costumes, aliens and the setting.
I think Tokyopop may be understaffed.
