I read this article on the New York Times website and I could not believe it. What kind of kook would have Captain Kirk's chair in the living room? I have had a chance to sit in Picard's chair,but if I stuck it in front of the TV set, I would be nuts!

That dude is full-on bat-sh*t insane! I thought at the very least, he had gotten the original at a Sotheby's auction or similar. :D Some fans are pazzo!
I will admit, I wish I had a cool Starfleet Uniform like that guy.
