This cover really caught my attention when I first saw it! Mark Texiera did some great inking and some nice work with white paint.

Hey! I think I colored that cover!
Tex was always fun to color. Easy, really. His light sources were always obvious. Did most of the 'rendering' in the inks. He pretty much blew off the backgrounds, still be was/is a great artist. POWERFUL!
Hey Steve, If you have the colored cover at hand, you should put that on your blog!
Unfortunately, I don't think I have it. This was back in the days of hand-painted "color guides." I still have many of them, but I think I sold that particular cover on ebay years ago! Sorry!
If you can tell me what issue that's from, I might be able to dig up a copy...
